BURNETT CHARBRAYS is a marketing group comprising THREE CHARBRAY STUDS- EMJAY, BORUMBA and CELESTIAL. The Burnett Charbray Group have been breeding stud and commercial Charbray cattle since 1979 when Jim Connolly and Bill Bishop established the renowned Charbray Farms based on Nuhrunda bloodlines, a foundation Australian Charbray herd.
Sires used include select bulls from the following studs:-
Huntington, Chasmac, Carinya, Garglen, FBC, Lancefield, Ayr, 2up, Eagleglen, Gobongo, Gunnadoo, and Fernvale.
Our breeding properties are located in the South Burnett at Goomeri and Wondai, and in the Gympie District.
